Welcome to Rush, a weekly sports competition app designed for entertainment and skill-based gameplay. By using our app, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or 21+ where required by law) and located in a jurisdiction where skill-based contests are permitted.

3. Game Format

Rush offers weekly leaderboard-based contests. Users are randomly grouped into pools and compete using a simulated bankroll to earn points based on their picks. Winners are determined by leaderboard rank.

4. No Gambling

Rush is not a sportsbook and does not facilitate betting or gambling. All contests are skill-based. No purchase of chance-based outcomes occurs.

5. Payments & Prizes

Rush operates on a subscription model. Prizes are awarded to top performers per leaderboard, and all entry fees are subscription-based. No refunds are issued once a week has begun.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use VPNs, spoofing software, or unauthorized tools to bypass location restrictions. Fraudulent use may result in permanent ban.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, app content, and features are property of Rush LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

8. Disclaimers

Rush provides its service “as is” with no warranties. We are not liable for technical outages, scoring delays, or any financial decisions made based on app use.

9. Termination

Rush may suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity or TOS violations.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of changes.
