  • Account information (email, username, birth year for age verification)
  • Gameplay data and statistics

2. How we use it

  • Operate and manage weekly contests and standings
  • Track gameplay, ratings, and rankings
  • Send notifications about contests and games
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve the platform

3. Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we never will. We share it only with your consent, to comply with legal obligations, or with the service providers who run Rush for us (hosting, database, email delivery, and product analytics). Those providers may only use it to operate Rush.

4. Product analytics

We measure how Rush is used so we can fix what is broken and build what people actually play: which screens are opened, when contests are entered, where people get stuck, and whether the app crashes. This runs through a third-party analytics provider acting on our behalf.

What we do with it: improve the product, decide what to build next, and contact you about your rewards, beta updates, and launch news. What we never do: sell it, trade it, or use it for anything you have not agreed to. There is no advertising on Rush and no ad networks in the app.

5. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Data retention

We retain information while your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, personal information is deleted within 30 days.

8. Age requirement

Rush is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Age is verified at signup; only the birth year is retained.

Updates to this policy are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
