Rush Season Zero: Official Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. FREE TO ENTER AND WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

Rush Gaming LLC ("Sponsor"). Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this contest in any way. Prizes are not sponsored or endorsed by the National Football League or any sports league or team.

Every Season Zero prize is funded by Sponsor out of its own funds. For all of Season Zero there are no entry fees, no deposits, and no purchases of any kind, in the app or anywhere else. No part of any prize is funded by participants, and there is no prize pool to contribute to.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older at time of entry, where not prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible for prizes.

3. Contest period

September 8, 2026 – November 2, 2026 ("Season Zero"), comprising: eight weekly contests (each running Tuesday through Monday, matching NFL Weeks 1–8, all sports included); single-game primetime contests held during those eight weeks; and one cumulative Season Race across the full period.

4. How to enter

Download the Rush app (free), create an account, and enter the weekly contest at no cost. Tickets (free in-app tokens) are earned in play and are never required to enter. No payment is accepted or possible at any point. Seats are limited to 150 participants for Season Zero.

5. Winner determination

Skill-based. Standings are computed automatically from contest results (settled Units) by the same automated settlement that grades every pick. Rankings: cumulative season Units; category honors as defined in-app. Ties resolve by earliest final entry. Sponsor's determination is final.

6. Prizes and approximate retail values (ARV)

Weekly contests. Prizes in each weekly contest (NFL Weeks 1 to 8) are set by Sponsor in advance according to the number of entrants in that weekly contest, counted when entry closes. For each weekly contest opening on or after September 29, 2026, the prizes are those stated in the weekly prize table in this section: the top three finishers are paid at every Field size, and the top five are paid from 125 entrants. Weekly contests that opened before that date were paid on the table posted at the time and are not changed. All weekly prizes are paid by Sponsor from its own funds. Entrants pay nothing and no prize is funded by, or derived from, participants.

Primetime contests. First place in each single-game primetime contest held during Weeks 1–3 received $25, up to a maximum aggregate of $625 across Season Zero. No single-game primetime contest opened after September 28, 2026; see the amendment below.

Amendment effective September 29, 2026. Single-game Primetime contests ended after NFL Week 3. Every Primetime contest opened on or before September 28, 2026 ran and paid as published. No prize already awarded, and no prize in any contest already open, is reduced. From NFL Week 4 the weekly prize table below applies. The total prize value stated above is not reduced.

Amendment effective October 6, 2026. Referral multiplier. For each weekly contest opening on or after October 6, 2026, a cash prize awarded to an entrant is multiplied by that entrant's referral factor, computed when the contest settles. The factor is 1 plus 0.10 for each unit of referral credit, rounded to cents and never more than 3. Credit is earned only in a week the entrant has entered the weekly contest and placed at least one pick, and only from other entrants who did the same that week: each person who signed up with the entrant's invite code counts 1, each person who signed up with one of their codes counts 0.5, and each further layer counts half the layer above. The multiplier applies to cash prizes only, never to Tickets. No purchase, payment or referral fee is required or accepted; invite codes are free. The maximum cash prize in any weekly contest is therefore three times the first-place figure in the weekly prize table. All multiplied prizes are paid by Sponsor from its own funds. Prizes in contests that opened before October 6, 2026 are not changed.

Season Zero champion. First place in the cumulative Season Race receives two (2) seats at an NFL game (two game tickets), winner's choice of game, ARV up to $550. No second, third, or other placement awards are made in the Season Race. The rotating Season Zero trophy is displayed and passed to each season's champion; it is not retained property of the winner and is excluded from ARV.

Honors. Sharpest Slate and Iron Man are recognition only: an in-app badge and placement on the Ranks screen. They carry no cash or merchandise value.

Total prize value: up to $3,575. No participant's total prize value across Season Zero will exceed $1,900. Any award that would cause a participant to exceed that amount passes to the next eligible participant.

OG Mark: every participant who enters at least one contest during Season Zero receives the permanent OG Mark badge in the app. Entry is free and requires no purchase. The badge is recognition only, carries no monetary value, and is not contingent on placing or winning any contest; it is not a prize.

7. Odds

This is a contest of skill; outcomes depend on participants' performance and the number of entrants.

8. Prize claim and delivery

Winners notified in-app and by email within 7 days of the final settlement. Winners must confirm eligibility (including age) to claim. Prizes not claimed within 30 days are forfeited.

Sponsor delivers each prize within 30 days of a confirmed claim, using the delivery details the winner gives at claim: cash prizes are sent by Venmo to the handle the winner provides, and the two NFL game tickets are transferred to the winner as mobile tickets once they choose their game. Nothing is ever delivered through the app, and no prize is paid in Tickets, Units or any other in-app item. Prizes are not transferable; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the one described becomes unavailable.

9. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes. Prize values are aggregated per participant per calendar year. Where required by law, Sponsor may request a completed Form W-9 before releasing a prize, and may report prize value to tax authorities.

10. Conduct

Exploitation of stale or lagging lines, multiple accounts, collusion, or any manipulation of contest integrity results in disqualification and forfeiture of awards and seat.

11. Publicity

By participating, Finishers consent to display of their in-app username on the Season Zero page. No other publicity use without consent.

12. General

Sponsor may cancel or modify the contest only for integrity, legal, or force-majeure reasons, or by published player vote; the sealed product promises published at joinrush.app/season-zero are unaffected. Disputes resolved by Sponsor in good faith.
