1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Rush, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
Rush is available to users 18 years of age or older.
3. Virtual Stack
Rush uses a virtual Stack for gameplay only. Your Stack has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred between users, or redeemed for money.
4. Contests and Tickets
Rush is free to play. Contests are entered with Tickets, a virtual entry token received free at sign-up, claimable free daily, and winnable in contests. Tickets are never purchased, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed. Each contest runs for its posted window and grants a fresh virtual Stack for that contest only.
5. Promotional contests
From time to time Rush runs promotional contests (such as Season Zero) that award physical or gift prizes to top finishers. These are free to enter, skill-based, and governed by their posted Official Rules, which control in case of any conflict with these terms. Virtual items (Stack, Tickets, Units, ratings) still have no cash value.
6. User conduct
Prohibited:
- Multiple accounts or account sharing
- Exploiting stale or erroneous odds, collusion, or manipulation of contests
- Harassing or abusing other users
Violations may result in disqualification from promotional contests, forfeiture of awards, and account termination.
7. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time in settings.
8. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms; significant changes will be notified by email or in-app notification.
